We will process your order within 1 to 3 working days. In most cases, the goods of most orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Shipping Time
Generally, it takes 10 to 20 working days for the goods to be delivered. In special circumstances, there may be slight delays, such as flight delays, customs inspections and so on.
- Special Instructions for Transporting Pure Batteries
Due to the special nature of transporting pure batteries, some countries may show as unavailable destinations. Please contact our customer service to confirm whether the goods can be shipped or not.
- Upgrade of Shipping Methods
Please consult our customer service to know more about the extra freight if you need to shorten the shipping time and improve the receiving experience, we offer faster shipping methods such as DHL (generally, it only takes 5 to 7 working days for delivery). The prices of our products do not include taxes. When the package arrives at the local customs, please cooperate actively with the customs clearance and tax payment process to avoid the package being destroyed.
